Ascent turns your hiring pipeline into a clear workflow candidates can see themselves on. Full ATS power for recruiters. Radical transparency for everyone applying.
Everything you'd expect from a modern ATS, with transparency built into the workflow.
Drag stages into place. Whatever you build is exactly what candidates see on their mountain: no double bookkeeping.
Move candidates through stages, take notes, and flag standouts. Team stays aligned on one shared pool.
Turn rejections into growth letters in seconds. Kind, specific, and grounded in how each candidate compared to the pool.
Answer common questions once, in public; cut inbound status emails and repeat FAQs to near zero.
Every stage move and profile view is surfaced automatically. Reputation compounds while you focus on hiring.
See funnel drop-off, time-in-stage, and source performance. Make the next hire faster than the last.
See yourself as a climber on the role's mountain. Every camp is a real interview stage; you always know what's next.
The instant a recruiter opens your application, you see it. No more wondering whether it landed.
Live counts of who's ahead, behind, and at your stage, so you're never guessing your odds.
If it's a no, you get specific, comparative feedback, not a template rejection you can't learn from.
Every role has a public forum. Ask real questions, see recruiter answers, apply with confidence.
Every application in one place, with clear status: applied, viewed, progressing, offer, or closed.
As a recruiter, build the camps, move candidates through them, and send feedback, exactly like you would on a live role. As a candidate, see the same role exactly the way an applicant does.

I'm fully remote today but could travel for onsite team weeks a few times a year. Does that work for this role?
Yes, most of the team is remote-first, but we do 2–3 in-person team weeks a year (optional but encouraged). No travel requirement beyond that.
Do you want a full case-study walkthrough, or is a portfolio site enough to start?
A portfolio site is a great starting point; we just ask that one or two projects go deep on your process and the tradeoffs you made, not just polished final screens.
Shahzeb Atif isn't moving forward. Their feedback is drafted from how their resume compared with the candidates who advanced, and nothing is sent until you've reviewed it.
Feedback is evidence-based and human-reviewed before sending.
